We live out of state which presented a lot of challenges in this hot market. Sarah listened carefully and respected our price point and "must haves" only showing us home that met most of our criteria. She gave us virtual tours and tried to see the homes though our filters as she described them. Many homes were gone before we could even put in a bid.
