I have worked with Lori several times to sell /buy my Marco Island properties. The first listing was my Condo in 2006. She sold the property the first week for a full price offer. She then helped us locate a great lot and builder for the house we built in 2007 . We sold this property in 2024. The first week we had 16 showings and two offers. We sold the property the second day. She is the consummate PRO! Very knowledgeable about the business and Marco Island ! Great relationship with the Marco Island Resl Estate community! Builders. Agents, lenders, contractors. Et al. Lori is a wonderful communicator. Knows the business backwards and forward. Great friendly personality who knows how to get things done. She is great at follow-up and keeping you involved and informed as appropriate. She is a person of utmost integrity! She will do what’s she says she will do and is highly ethical. Lori is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top Professional to represent them. She has represented my interests in 4 separate transactions and she is the best!!!

I have known Traci for 7 years, made contact with her because she was the realtor listed on a home my husband and I were interested in. We did not purchase that home, but she worked with us relentlessly until we found a perfect home. She has since helped us with the purchase of 3 rentals properties and just recently a second home on Marco Island. She is quick to respond to phone calls, texts or emails. If she doesn't have an answer-she finds it! Would HIGHLY recommend Traci as your next realtor!
