We are from out-of-state and this was our first home purchase in the state of Florida. Craig was very helpful in providing us detailed in-market analysis, responding to all our questions and requests in a very timely manner, and always with professionalism. He also assisted in making our "virtual" closing go without a hitch. Craig also has a very personable demeanor. We highly recommend Craig for all your real estate needs!!

We have used Melina several times and will continue to use her. very professional and courteous in all aspects. she will be the only realtor we will ever use from here on out!

The Quinns know the market and tell it like it is. My previous transaction was selling an expensive home in a very depressed market area. I believe we negotiated the best price we could given the market conditions. They then helped me purchase a beautiful home where I feel I will be very happy. The Quinns negotiated through several difficult issues on both transactions, and used Landsel title company for closing. Landsel stayed on top of closing transactions and transferring of funds. The Quinns are great communicators, very thorough and organized, and have the expertise to navigate Floridas ever changing housing markets. After 14 real estate transaction with the Quinns as guides, I confidently recommend them to all selling property, or looking to find their next home.
