I used Roxanne to buy a house and allow me to sell my condo as a contingency. Well, you can imagine, in this market, how difficult that can be. Roxanne's ability to think outside the box to accomplish our goal was truly stellar. We were sitting in my condo, strategizing as to how we could accomplish this. She calls the seller's and invites them over to see my condo. She ends that when they saw it, they would realize it would sell very quickly, and they agreed to allow the contingency, giving us enough time to sell my condo. Brilliant! What a wonderful experience! The entire team working in concert to handle anything and everything that comes up during the entire process, from staging my home to organizing the inspections, to accompanying me during the closings. Corye is the absolute best! I met Corye through one of her listings that sold a couple hours before I contacted her in October 2021. We talked for several minutes as I shared that I was looking for my new beginning and fresh start in Florida after losing my husband suddenly 5 years ago. She and her assistant Amy handled all of the scheduling of the inspections, the repairs, the cleaning, re-inspections, etc...etc...I closed in under 30 days in December 2021.
