Heidi was amazing throughout our entire home buying process. From start to finish, Heidi went above and beyond to make our home buying process as smooth and stress free as it could possibly be. She helped get us exactly what we wanted without giving up. Shes extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the ins and outs. She made it feel like we were her top priority despite her busy schedule and she was always reachable no matter what. Many late nights and stressful, time consuming negotiations later, and she helped get us our amazing home! She’s the best to do it and we truly don’t know what we would have done without her!!

We felt our house was a unicorn that needed the right rep to maximize our sale price. We interviewed several agents who were rigid in the assessment of value of our home. Once we spent time interviewing Melissa we knew she was the right agent. Melissa had a wealth of knowledge of waterfront property in our area. We were able to leverage her experience to come up with a fair price for our home and were able to get $16,000 over asking. We would highly recommend using her on your next home sale. We will be working with her on our next Florida home.

Suzanne was proactive about getting our property listed and marketed and within a couple months we had sold the property. She is a knowledgeable, conscientious and hard working agent whom I would recommend to anyone.

Melanie went above and beyond our expectations. She even went as far as having issues taking care of by the sellers that we weren't expecting to be fixed. Top notch agent, We would highly recommend.
