Great Resource & Hard Worker

We contacted Mike Shoaff to inquire about the value of our families lot in Golden Gate Estate. We spoke to several agents and Shoaff was the most knowledgeable about the area and the land in Golden Gate Estates. We were very surprised to find out the true value of the land after getting low ball offers and scammers trying to buy the land over the last year. Shoaff ended up getting us over list and twice the amount other agents wanted to sell it for or buy it for. IF you are going to sell your golden gate lot be sure to call this guy first!
