Buying a home from out of state has it's own set of problems...not only did she make all my short window time frames work out from the beginning, she went above and beyond to be on board every step of the way. She is so professional and answered every text/email I sent following through with anyone that needed to be involved. I knew I could trust her and that means everything when you are 1200 miles away. This is our second time working with Susan on Marco Island and we could not be happier with the outcome. Susan helped guide the closing process along the entire way. At the last minute due to a technical error on our end we were forced to delay our closing by one day, which was quite nerve racking. Susan helped coordinate correspondence between ourselves, the buyer and Ron Webster's office to ensure the deal closed the following day. She even helped us tie up a few loose odds and ends after the closing was completed. We could not have asked for a better experience and we look forward to working with Susan again in the future.
