Corye is the absolute best! I met Corye through one of her listings that sold a couple hours before I contacted her in October 2021. We talked for several minutes as I shared that I was looking for my new beginning and fresh start in Florida after losing my husband suddenly 5 years ago. Our children are now entering their next chapters, it's time for me. Corye was/is fantastic! I shared everything I would have to have in my next home and community and she got to work! She and her assistant Amy handled all of the scheduling of the inspections, the repairs, the cleaning, re-inspections, etc...etc...I closed in under 30 days in December 2021.
