We have younger children so it was a must that we found the right neighborhood in the right school district. Kristin was able to narrow our scope and made sure that the house was everything we wanted. Being out of town throughout the process was tough; however, through virtual walkthrough she was able to show us the property and made sure it fit our expectations.
