Mike was very helpful in helping me sell my mother’s condo. He had been friends with her for years and when she passed, he was able to find a buyer in a very tough market. Since I live out of state, it was very important that I had someone that I could trust to take care of the property. Also needed help with arranging repairs and cleaning in preparation for the sale.
