He monitored our deadlines perfectly, and -- importantly -- found creative ways to navigate us through roadblocks that would have been deal-killers. But perhaps Juan's most impressive quality is his sense of empathy: he listens, he understands, he communicates very well, and his positive attitude is unstoppable.
