First he helped us when we were out-of-state and then continued after we arrived in a temporary residence. He took time to understand our family's various wants and needs and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Clearly, he was looking for us to be happy with our new home and not just cut a deal. Also, Chris brought much-needed expertise on a number of issues as we were looking at 80+ year old homes.
