Our journey to sell our property started over 2 years ago. This property belonged to my father and he was ready to put it on the market. Jessica was one of several agents we considered. Our first meeting was friendly yet professional. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we elected to not sell the property at that time. Fast forward to 2023 and it was the right time to sell. We were so impressed with Jessica that we sought her out again to market our house. Her knowledge of the area and value of property was excellent. She communicated consistently with all aspects of listing our property. She always explained all the options available to us. As this was a hurricane damaged house, we had some unique challenges involved. She was available for questions and input at all times. Our property went under contract three times before we closed. Each time, Jessica gave us the correct information and let us decide the best course to pursue. We never felt pressured to just take the deal. She wanted us to make the best decision for us. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through all the challenges presented. I do not think any other agent would have done such a great job while keeping a positive attitude.
