We met Lois at a new model home open house. We talked to her for approximately 1/2 hour that day. She gave us her card and we contacted her asking her if she could help us find a condo. Lois took us to several condos and gave us suggestions of areas we might be interested to relocate. When we found the condo that we wanted, she guided us through the negotiations. The road to closing was a little rocky and Lois was an excellent guide for this journey. Her demeanor is friendly and professional. We would recommend any "snowbird" to use her expertise...the journey was made much easier because of Lois. Al & Kathy Kebls

Purchasing real estate is often the biggest investment a person will make in their life. Adam will make that experience enjoyable and take all of the stress out of the process. You will not find an agent that is more knowledgeable or who is as involved in the whole process. I made my purchase from 1,200 miles away and I had complete confidence in Adam the entire time. He will work with you for as long as it takes to find the perfect property for your needs, and he will always put your interests first. I will recommend Adam to anyone purchasing real estate. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I had been looking to move to cape coral over the past few years. Teresa has been a huge help to me over that span. She was super accomadating considering i was only able to visit from Maryland sporatically. She has a vast knowledge of the area and waterways. She made this transition much easier for me and i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to move in the area!
