We met Lois at a new model home open house. We talked to her for approximately 1/2 hour that day. She gave us her card and we contacted her asking her if she could help us find a condo. Lois took us to several condos and gave us suggestions of areas we might be interested to relocate. When we found the condo that we wanted, she guided us through the negotiations. The road to closing was a little rocky and Lois was an excellent guide for this journey. Her demeanor is friendly and professional. I'm not to sure how i came across Fred Price !, maybe by internet or a billboard sign, but one thing is certain, Im glad I did !!, It took all of about one week of sorting through different homes all threw Cape Coral, Until Fred showed me a Brand New home being build by him and his associates, I was blown away when I asked him "how much Fred" without hesitation I signed the contract ,,,I wanted that house, Its been a great pleasure working side by side with Fred !! No corners were cut, no crappy workman ship!!! ,I feel like this house is a solid fortress, it has a warm cozy feel,and like Fred say" There's nothing like brand new " and he's right !!! There is no place on earth i'd rather be, then in this house ,, Great Job Fred keep up the good work !!!
