Working with Tracie was a superb experience. First she has developed a wide range of skills with her ability to listen. Second Tracie articulates your needs and keeps those needs as an underpinning of the sales process. Third she markets the property through electronic, word of mouth, and referral means. She refocuses you as the market changes and offers sound guidance but keeps you as the decision maker. Fourth Tracie is a masterful negotiator yielding the best deal. And tied up with a great sense of humor. A great choice of a realtor!!!
