Victoria Corby is just the best, in every way! She is friendly, patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the market in Cape Coral. She is always available when we need her and never seems to be in a rush. She showed us all of the homes we wanted to see and understood our needs and desires in a home. When our preferred budget didn't match the type of home we wanted, she didn't push us to spend more. She took the time to show us what we wanted and was NEVER pushy at all. Victoria has sold 3 of my properties. She does her homework making price suggestions after looking at comparables. She has another very professional photographer takes aerial views with a drone as well as photographs of the interior and exterior of the property.
