Without Royland and his team, we would not have survived the ordeal in one piece, that's for sure. He was an exceptional negotiator for us and was familiar with all of the curveballs that the city, title companies, buyers, inspectors, etc. could suddenly throw at us. It was the act of continually prepping us for potential issues and possible contingencies that calms the nerves and establishes trust along the way; and trust is the most important factor for us when buying or selling a home.
