Having listed our home at the worst possible time in Florida on top of two hurricanes we persevered and sale finally closed. Rick was a source of endless support both with listing advice and emotionally. Several false "offers" were tendered and through Ricks professionalism were dealt with. Had we followed Ricks advise early on it is my belief that the length of time to sale would have been reduced.
