Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it. Great choice she is a hard full time dedicated realtor that goes above her job and stays on top of everything. I have bought and sold many houses she is by far the best realtor I have had! I would give her an A+.
