Roberta worked closely with our new home builder, gave us updates, videos and even acted as a construction manager on closing doing a home inspection more than a few times. Amazing attention to detail, extremely responsive, gave us a ton of information about the local area and activities and all sorts of recommendations of options for furniture shopping and contractors to outfit our new winter home. She made what could have been a very stressful purchase and build to something that was absolutely amazing. We can't say enough about her great work and relationship we developed over the process of finding an amazing community, dealing with a new home builder, the construction phase, closing the deal and after care. If you want the job done hire Danene. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field. Also, she’s extremely empathetic. Really listening to your needs. I interviewed several realtors and by far she exceeded all my expectations. I am forever grateful for holding my hand through this entire experience. She made it very stress-free for me. Considering my situation. Again, she’s probably one of the best if not the best in the area.
