Working with Barbara made the whole selling process easy and stress-free. She was calm, sensible, and kept me informed every step of the way without being overbearing. She was always proactive and helpful, giving great advice while letting me make my own decisions without any pressure. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and the entire experience was genuinely positive. I’d gladly work with her again and very happy to recommend her.

Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country. Some of the other realtors we met with in the past didn't seem to have the time for us. We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples/Marco Island area. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile as she did.

Tiffany was great from day 1 all the way through closing. She was responsive, thorough, and had great attention to detail. We had already moved and were not close by. Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure our house was show ready!
