Amazing attention to detail, extremely responsive, gave us a ton of information about the local area and activities and all sorts of recommendations of options for furniture shopping and contractors to outfit our new winter home. She made what could have been a very stressful purchase and build to something that was absolutely amazing. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!
