Jim clearly knows the real estate market and what he is doing. Always very professional, kind and polite. Occasionally appeared to believe that we knew a bit more about the mechanics and/or details of purchasing a house than we did. Looking forward to working again with Jim to sell our Yorkshire house.

This is the second house we have purchased in North Port in 10 years with Tami as our Real Estate Agent. My wife and I were very impressed working with her on our first purchased that when it was time for our next purchase (10 years later) Tami was the only person we called to assist us. Tami is knowledgeable and helpful discussing each home visit with us and going through the pros and cons, and helping us in comparing one home visit to the next.
