She helped us through the negotiations and the process of inspections and finding local tradesmen who could do the necessary fixes at reasonable prices to complete the transaction. Paula is very friendly and outgoing, with a good sense of humor. Her communication with us was excellent, providing us with up-to-date information and reassurance. We would most definitely use her again as our agent or recommend her to friends whether selling or buying property.
