Kara brought us a great find and also found us a buyer all within a few months time. She worked quickly and was able to navigate a challenging market.

In all my years working with phenomenal realtors, Karen is in a class of her own. She gives new meaning to the the term "real estate AGENT". Karen took on what initially seemed like a "mission impossible", and transformed our condo with her vision, skill, savvy and connections into a luxury unit that had an offer within 1 day of listing--and sold at a significantly higher price than expected. Just as importantly, she was sensitive, caring and supportive thought out the way--a true guide, counselor and miracle worker. I give Karen my highest recommendation and hope you have the pleasure and privilege of working with her!

We chose to work with Dahlia because she displayed complete professionalism. You were persistent and consistent in your efforts to secure us a home and the second time around, to sell our home. You were available to answer questions and followed through with all you promised. I would tell someone who is considering working with you that you are a go getter and that you put your clients first. I would tell them that they can expect to be your priority and to get your best with each Interaction. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone ready to buy or sell and I plan to use your services for our next purchase. You offer the peace of mind of knowing you have our best interest at heart. You helped us deal with the demands of the buyer and supported us to make the best decisions for our family, without any pressure. Thank you Dahlia! From the Nghi family.
