Heidi spent a lot of time with us. We started looking for a home in FL beginning Dec. 2025. My husband and I came to FL from VA weeks at a time in search of our dream home. We finally closed on our home in Sept. 2026 and that is because Heidi is patient and relentless in finding the ideal home. My husband and I thought we knew what we wanted but when we toured them, they were not what we wanted. Until the day Heidi took us to a home that was NOT on our list. However, Heidi being a genius, she found our Dream Home. This home checked all the boxes and then some, i.e. outdoor kitchen. However, this house was listed over our budget so we had to continue searching. The next thing I see is the house is OFF Market. My heart sank. However, Heidi to the rescue. Knowing the house was off market Heidi called the seller's agent to find out what was happening. Needless to say, Heidi called us and said the house was off market but be lowering the price. Before it got back on the market we made an offer. Our offer was reasonable, lower than what the sellers wanted, and Heidi supported our decision. Through Heidi's negotiation skills, we bought the house within budget. I can't tell you how fortunate we are finding Heidi and team Emma! They are so knowledgeable. Heidi knows the areas, the homes, tax structure, other realtors, construction, builders and their work, and of course great restaurants. I could go on and on... I like to call Heidi and Emma the dynamic duo :) Communication between buyer and agent is key and they are excellent! In the 9 months we spent with Heidi and Emma we did a lot of communication via text messaging. I kid you not, I ALWAYS heard back from them within 5-10 min answering our questions. Buying a home and moving to a new area is stressful. Heidi and Emma made it fun! This is the first FUN journey I have ever had buying a house. Heidi made the entire stress free and fun. Our closing went smoothy with the Dynamic Duo on our side!
