Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country. Some of the other realtors we met with in the past didn't seem to have the time for us. We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples/Marco Island area. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile as she did.

I did nothing in this deal. Tina did all the work and didn’t overload me with communications talk about hands-free. Tina did everything. She actually got more money than I thought she could get definitely will use her again in the future.

Kevin always respond to our calls either in person or on the phone. Kevin and his team went way above and beyond to make the sale of the house go smoothly and less stressful. Mary helped me decide how to prep my house for sale, what to do and what not to do.. She identified a changing market and we agreed how much to upwardly adjust the asking price. She communicated all activity on my house and made sure the house was show ready before every showing. Went thru several failed buyers but she kept positive. Once we had an actual qualified buyer she made sure to communicate their progress every step of the way.. Many small issues arise when trying to close on a house but Mary followed every detail so the process kept moving forward. Can't think another agent doing a better job!
