Very knowledgeable. Listens to what you want and need! Great personal skills! Love working with her! When selling a home she is honest in what needs to be done but not pushy for you to do it. When buying a home she will show you what you want to see but listens to you wants and tries to find the perfect match!

Before we came to Florida to look at houses, Mary Lou listened to what we wanted and filtered properties appropriately. Once we were here, we only had a couple of days to look. Mary Lou took us to 12 houses in one day and was patient while we considered exactly what suited us.

John helped us sell our existing home in Babcock Ranch while simultaneously purchasing another in the neighborhood. John helped us through every step of the process making the transition as stress free as possible. If looking to purchase or sell We highly recommend working with John!
