Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!

My experience with Dave Holborn was great! He was very easy going, he was not pushy which is one of the reason's I loved working with him. I know of other realtors that want to just make a sale but he truly cared about what we wanted in a home and told us when it was not a good deal. My fiance and I bought our first home 10/31/12 and it was a long process since the seller's were a pain but with Dave by our side the whole way we knew everything would work out for the best!
