In this economy and climate for land sales, that was more than I ever expected. I thought at lest it would take 4 months. I was surprised to say the least. Cleveland is a great agent and a pleasure to work with. He helped me with the comps of properties in Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers while I was looking to make offers on investment properties.
