Pero Dios me puso en mi camino al Sr.Angel Ruano y estoy tan agradecida por el servicio que me prestó y siempre estuvo presente y pendiente de todo.Me sentí muy confiada. When my husband and I decided to finally pull the trigger and buy a home after years of moving from state to state, we barely knew where to begin. When I began to feel discouraged, she always made me feel better by telling me that our house was out there, we just had to be patient. Tina never rushed or pressured us. She was very laid back in addition to being knowledgeable and thorough, and I really can’t imagine a better realtor to shepherd a buyer through the process. My husband is a judge by trade and a cynical pessimist by nature, but she made even him feel at ease and confident in her professional expertise. Of course, she was exactly right about finding our house. During the period after our offer was accepted and before closing, she and her transaction coordinator organized everything and kept a detailed schedule so we always knew what the next steps were. Basically, Tina is a knowledgeable and an experienced realtor and a delight to work with. She’s the trifecta, really.
