Helene did an amazing job from taking photographs of our home and description of the property. We sold our home in two days for full price. She was so pleasant to work with, and such a go-getter. Kept on top of things constantly through the whole listing and closing process. We highly recommend her for her energetics spirit and her knowledge of the real estate world. She goes above and beyond. She made the whole process seem so simple.

We have worked with a few realtors over the years, but none compare to Kevin Delaini. It started with a meeting in the home we needed to sell and he took it from there. His advice and guidance led to a sold sign in the front yard in just 6 days. Kevin's knowledge of the market, understanding of the (often complicated) process and open communication are unmatched. If we find ourselves needing a realtor again there is NO doubt it will be Kevin we call.

Alice in our experience is very unique when it comes to realtors in Marco Island. She took time with us, looked at several properties in many locations on the island, and always had time to meet or discuss what we were looking for. We had several areas we were considering, South Beach Area, Smokehouse Bay, Residence Beach, Old Marco, etc. Alice took us to each of those areas, listened to our comments, and really found a property that would fit both of our desires, which were quite different. In the end, she found the perfect place for us and even helped tremendously with the work before the closing, inspections, final walk through, while we were out of the country. Some of the other realtors we met with in the past didn't seem to have the time for us. We would highly recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples/Marco Island area. I don't think you will find another realtor that will go the extra mile as she did.
