Kathy goes above and beyond in every transaction I’ve done with her. She is excellent at follow up and communication throughout the home buying process. I am also a licensed realtor and prefer a great agent to represent me and negotiate for me . No question or task is too small for her! Give her a call -you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent feel and knowledge of local market, attentive to detail, comprehensive communication and honest. Essentially all you need in a real estate agent.

My wife and I contacted Chris for the purchase of our new home. He exceeded all expectations we had and did everything to get us exactly what we were looking for. He was always transparent with everything and his knowledge helped us get exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted. 2 years later we decided to sell the house and it was a no brainer who we were going to use, we got more than what we expected and Chris definitely set up for success. Buying or selling your house is one of the biggest things to do and we’re beyond happy we found Chris!
