After discussing listing price with a high profile lifelong local island realtor, who focuses mostly on luxury single family listings, I was distraught to hear our condo unit had not kept up with the market price appreciation of the condos around us in the Sanctuary over the past 4 years or so. Mary is a great communicator and her professionalism and straight talk is something that eased our minds when selecting someone to represent us.
