Very knowledgeable about the local market and what look for in a house when moving from out of state. We were in a situation where we weren't in a rush to find a house and explained that to him and he never made us feel like we needed to make a quick decision. He was always available for all questions and responded right away no matter what time of day. He made the whole process simple and easy and explained every step along the way. September 2018 we bought our dream home! Ms. Mizrahi was our realtor . When we started looking for a house, 6 to 7 months prior, we hired ms. Mizrahi. It was not an easy journey! We saw tiny houses priced way over ou budget. Houses that needed to much work etc. Ms. Mizrahi was there for us more like a friend than realtor.
