Cinda was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for. Her deep knowledge of the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area—having lived there most of her life—was invaluable, and her expertise in the Florida home buying process gave us a lot of confidence along the way. What really stood out was her ability to help us find the perfect home even while we were out of state. She went above and beyond by doing virtual tours and even driving from properties to nearby restaurants and shops so we could truly understand the location and lifestyle. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Cinda to anyone looking to buy in the area. We love our new place and couldn’t have done it without her.

Cinda went above and beyond to help us find our little piece of Heaven in Cape Coral. We still work full time in Michigan and Cinda was our eyes and ears through the whole process. From FaceTime walkthroughs, referrals for home inspection, and basically holding our hands through the entire time line, Cinda was with us every step of the way! She is an absolute gem and will work incredibly hard to help you find what you’re looking for, without a doubt! Timely, knowledgeable, but most of all, a wonderful human being. She is a fantastic agent and we will definitely use her again and will be telling everyone we know!

We had the pleasure of working with Cinda when selling our property in Punta Gorda. She was professional and we felt she had our best interest at heart. And she definitely went above and beyond for us. If you are looking to sell or buy a home or property we highly recommend Cinda.
