My husband and I watched the market in Venice for over 2 years. We knew most likely we would have to buy sight unseen which we had never done before. I met Jessica Marsh by collecting information while visiting the town at the start of our years search. When the house we had been looking for came on the market, Jessica responded immediately. Within hours of the home posting, multiple offers had come in and many yet to come. With Jessica's expertise and tremendous ability's the seller accepted our offer within 24 hours, not even waiting or other offers to come. We were not interested in a bidding war and offered asking price. During the process Jessica was on top of everything! I highly recommend Jessica Marsh in every respect when looking to purchase a home. Thank you Jessica we love our new home!
