This is the second time we have worked with Karin. She helped us buy our first home, and then 4 years later helped us sell and buy a new house. Even though she primarily works in Florida now, you wouldn't be able to tell because of how involved she is. The thing we love most about Karin is how well she explains the contracts and documents you have to sign. I would have no idea what I was doing if it wasn't for her going through each contract line with us until we understood. She is available all the time for any questions we had about the selling process. We had an outrageous amount of offers on our house we sold, and she even took the time to make a detailed spreadsheet of all of them. We can't say enough good things about Karin, and will definitely continue to use her in the future.

Dawn Foran made our out of town buying experience a breeze. I had a limited time to find a new home. I gave her the dates that I would be in town and she was ready to hit the ground running. Dawn was readily available to show us all the listings in the areas we were looking to buy. With her help and expertise we found a lovely home. Dawn was there to help me navigate the process of arranging all the necessary inspection in the allotted time frame of my visit. She stood by to help from the beginning of the process through closing. Dawn is very knowledgeable in all areas of Florida real estate, she is very thoughtful even remembering my grand children with a gift for them at closing.
