Karin Rosarne

This is the second time we have worked with Karin. She helped us buy our first home, and then 4 years later helped us sell and buy a new house. Even though she primarily works in Florida now, you wouldn't be able to tell because of how involved she is. The thing we love most about Karin is how well she explains the contracts and documents you have to sign. I would have no idea what I was doing if it wasn't for her going through each contract line with us until we understood. She is available all the time for any questions we had about the selling process. We had an outrageous amount of offers on our house we sold, and she even took the time to make a detailed spreadsheet of all of them. We can't say enough good things about Karin, and will definitely continue to use her in the future.

I first met Karin as a result of her posting information about using your IRA to invest in real estate on Facebook. I took her advice and bought a couple properties that saw great appreciation. As a result I have managed to do fairly well in the real estate world as an investor and property flipper. My portfolio has greatly improved as a result and I have known Karin now for 6 years and I try to use her services as often as I can.
