We live in Ohio and were buying a home in Florida, so having a realtor we could truly trust was extremely important. We honestly got so lucky finding Elizabeth! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Anytime we were in town, she was more than willing to show us multiple houses, often with very little notice, and she was always so kind, patient, and accommodating. Since we live out of state, we had to rely on her for a lot, and she made the entire process so much easier. She even handled the final walk-through for us when we couldn’t be there, which gave us such peace of mind. She was responsive, dependable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a realtor!

We would work with Liz again and again and recommend her to others, without hesitation” Liz was always available when we wanted to see houses. She even went out of her way to video house's we were interested in but couldn't be there in person. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest, explaining the good and the bad about the house's she videoed and the houses we got to see in person. This was our 4th. house purchase throughout our life and our final one, Liz was by far the most impressive, intelligent and attentive agent we have ever worked with! She is so personal and thoughtful in our house hunting adventure. She rates a 10. A 100 if there was such a rate! Go Liz! 👍

Liz was very professional and knew the market in Punta Gorda. She helped me purchase this condo from Colorado and was willing to meet friends and my contractor at different times to show them the unit. She was very transparent and communication skills were top notch. I would highly recommend Liz for any real estate transaction in SWFL.
