I can not say enough good things about our agent Kelly! Never in a million years did I believe I could own my dream home and I COULDNT have done it without her! I set what seemed to be unrealistic expectations of what kind of home I wanted. (ie: price, size location, rooms, pool/lake) Kelly went above and beyond to not only find the perfect home but go out of her way to make it happen. She spent hours going over the complicated details of contracts, negotiating price, helping us keep our monthly obligation within range, working with the sellers, brokerage and title company. I didn’t lift a finger and can’t believe how quickly it all happened. She talked me off the ledge when I was stressing out and seriously put her heart and soul into making this dream come true. She spent 4 hours sitting through the home inspection because I couldn’t be there. She made sure the issues that needed to be fixed were done properly and so so much more. I seriously don’t think this could of happened with any other agent. As a first time home owner this was the scariest leap of my life and she made it the best experience of my life!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. She is such a positive and honest person and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to use Kelly Sexton!!! Kim has taken me through 4 buy and sell home experiences. She has such a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate markets and makes the client's decision making so much clearer.
