There were several homes on the market in my community and, of course, it is a buyer’s market. With that said, she priced my home and professionally marketed my home with the result being that my home sold before any of the others in my community that were already on the market prior to mine. Many of my friends are passing her credentials to people they know who are thinking about selling. They saw the confidence that I have in her and saw that she lives up to that expectation. She is honest, professional in every way and compassionate. As I said, Audrey Smith is the BEST!!!
