Renee Schmidt is the best. She pulled us out of a real estate deal that was going awry and getting complicated. She then helped us find a great community and a beautiful house to build. Our house is now built with her help, with us being in Illinois and our new house in Punta Gorda. She is always a phone call, or text away. Again, she’s the best!!!

Kimberly secured a quick sale of our condo in a very tough market. She is a great negotiator and knows the market inside and out. Kimberly puts her clients needs above all else!

We were really satisfied with Ron's service. His knowledge of the area and the market was impressive! He always answered any questions or concerns we had promptly and always with a smile. He was a true professional-he arrived when he said he would, neatly dressed, and ready to help. If you are in need of a realtor, do not hesitate to contact Ron-you will not be disappointed!
