I strongly recommend John because he is very reliable, focused, flexible and easily accessible. My experience in buying a condo was short and efficient. I did not know anything about Tampa bay area and within 1 week I found a place to buy. John was very proactive to show me very different locations, and types of houses/condos. The whole deal and negotiations happened during the week of Christmas 2017! John was available and prompt to answer all of my questions, at any time, holiday or not. His is also very knowledgeable of the area and suggests good compromises when it is time to close a deal. He is a true problem solver.

Brian was phenomenal to work with and he found me the perfect home. I relocated from North Carolina and his efforts made my move so much easier, eliminated most of my stress, and he went above and beyond. Heather is great! She is a high energy go getter that will sell you house. Ours sold in less than a week. She helped and guided us the whole way to make our house look and sound like it really was (no touched photos, no made up description). She doesn't sit still and wait to sell it either. The whole time she is following up with us to make sure we are ready to show while being the perfect liaison between us and the selling agent.
