He never insisted on establishing an exclusive buyer agency agreement, and he ensured that each showing was properly performed. Troy never gave the impression of being annoyed with our questions or the constantly changing scope and style of our search, which changed from a casual look at lt.$300k homes in South Saint Paul, to an even more casual search for lt.$275k townhouses throughout the southern metro, to a more motivated search for ~$400k homes in the 196 District. Troy kept in touch with us and would check-in periodically in a pleasant and non-intrusive manner. Troy's recommendations for other 3rd parties (lending, inspection, etc.) are outstanding! Closing for us was very difficult due to other circumstances, however Troy has been able to transform that trying closing and turnover of the home to us into a great experience.
