Karen did an incredible job of helping us find and close the deal on the home we wanted. If she didn't have the answers to questions we had, she didn't waste anytime on getting us the answers by contacting the right people. Because we were purchasing this home in another state we couldn't be there to follow through. She put in many hours meeting people that needed to inspect and/or check out any issues that were found at the house. She also met subcontractors to help us get bids so we could estimate what improvements would cost us! She did not push us but just gave us all the information we needed to make our decision!!!

Holly was amazing, she listened to what we wanted in a house and we were able to find one that we loved at a great price very quickly. The bank kept asking us to extend our closing date and Holly advocated for us, and we were able to move in instead of us having to stay in a hotel for a few days. We highly recommend her and will definitely be using her for our next purchase!
