All superlatives for Brent Garrett! Brent showed us each of the properties we requested to see and then helped us in the purchase of our condo in North Fort Myers on the river. His knowledge of the area and willingness to always assist us in finding what we were looking for was invaluable. We would recommend him without any hesitation!

Corye is the absolute best! I met Corye through one of her listings that sold a couple hours before I contacted her in October 2021. We talked for several minutes as I shared that I was looking for my new beginning and fresh start in Florida after losing my husband suddenly 5 years ago. Our children are now entering their next chapters, it's time for me. Corye was/is fantastic! I shared everything I would have to have in my next home and community and she got to work! She set up an email notification that would go to both me and her if anything came on the market with my set price range and locations. A home came on the market and within 10 minutes she called me. We had a bid submitted within an hour. The listing agent notified us that the seller was going to allow for 2 days of showings and then present all offers to the seller. There were several bids; ours ended up being 2nd in the finish. But thankfully I did not get that unit! With God's Grace the absolutely PERFECT place was coming on the market with her firm just a couple weeks later. She notified me immediately, we did a FaceTime video showing that afternoon, discussed everything and we wrote an offer that night before the home even hit the market. It was accepted!!! Corye took care of absolutely everything! She and her assistant Amy handled all of the scheduling of the inspections, the repairs, the cleaning, re-inspections, etc...etc...I closed in under 30 days in December 2021. Without Corye's exceptional knowledge, expertise, professionalism, personal touch, attentiveness and willing to go to any lengths for her clients; I would not be the newest, happiest homeowner in all of Florida! I am still pinching myself that I have my new dream place! My kids and family are thrilled too! Corye is the consummate professional who genuinely cares about making your dream a reality. If you are looking for real estate in Southwest Florida make certain Corye Reiter is your partner!
