If I could give a 10 or 100 I would! I have participated in 16 real estate transactions in my life and the level of service and attention to our needs during the purchase of our home in Cedar Creek was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nanette went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. As a part year resident, we remotely completed this purchase and Nanette was our eyes and ears locally to make sure everything went smoothly (inspections, contractor bidding, etc). Nanette also was the listing agent for the sale of our condo in Rapallo. She provided valuable input into things for us to do to properly stage our property. She had only one open house which resulted in 6 offers , all well over asking price. We accepted one of the contracts the next day and closed the sale in less than a month. We were out of town through the whole process. All went very smoothly. You will never have a better real estate experience than having Nanette represent you as your buying and/or selling agent.

Victoria Corby is just the best, in every way! She is friendly, patient, kind and very knowledgeable about the market in Cape Coral. She is always available when we need her and never seems to be in a rush. She showed us all of the homes we wanted to see and understood our needs and desires in a home. When our preferred budget didn't match the type of home we wanted, she didn't push us to spend more. She took the time to show us what we wanted and was NEVER pushy at all. I can't even think of a negative or somewhere she could improve! We really lucked out! It has been such a pleasure to work with Victoria. I believe we have made a friend in Cape Coral!!

Victoria has sold 3 of my properties. She does her homework making price suggestions after looking at comparables. She has another very professional photographer takes aerial views with a drone as well as photographs of the interior and exterior of the property. The first property she sold for me was on the market 1 day!! Definitely go with Victoria Corby. You will be hard pressed to find a better realtor!
