As a part year resident, we remotely completed this purchase and Nanette was our eyes and ears locally to make sure everything went smoothly (inspections, contractor bidding, etc). Nanette also was the listing agent for the sale of our condo in Rapallo. She provided valuable input into things for us to do to properly stage our property.
